    Hi,

The screws on the air filter assembly are rounded off through corrosion. If I drill the head of the screws will there be enough of the screws left to turn them out with a pair of pliers ? Also where can I get replacement screws from ?

    Thanks

TPS will probably stock them. Failing that get a new airbox from a scrap yard which is probably easier than messing about drilling all the screws out. Can't answer how much thread will be left i think you'll end up having to drill them all the way through and trying to knock them out, problem with that is that the box is plastic and will do doubt ending up with a messy hole as the bit will just bounce out around and trash the plastic anyway.
