    Hi,

For some reason my navigation says initialising navigation, please wait, but is stuck on 77%. Turned off and on again but still stuck.

Any ideas how I can reset this?

    Many thanks

If that doesn't work. I suggest you pull the fuses on the MMI, wait 30 seconds, re-insert them and try again.

You can try the "factory default" settings from the MMI setup menu.

I have exactly the same problem (stuck at 77%) and have tried clearing the settigs from the MMI Setup Menu and the three-button reset trick to no avail. Currently away from home so can't check with a dealer but has anyone else experienced or more importantly fixed this?
