Yes sadly I see they did as see a q5 in the show room the other week

Not sure if any Audi dealer have any MY18 Q7 and SQ7 yet
Although saying that couple of weeks ago I see a new SQ7 in a showroom and that had the new spec where you can Taylor the trim

This had leather door arm rests and leather center conceal and few other bits so did wonder but it still had the plastic foot rest

Fingers crossed as really hope they are adding it now
Why all the other models and inc left hand drive Q7 have alloy foot rest so would be strange if they didn't still

Apparently they're after a 16% pay rise so might not be a quick resolution.

Looks like they settled yesterday for 14% pay rise so hopefully the delay is pretty short

So somewhat surpringly not not only did the car turn up early we also have just been and collected it. So goodbye RS hello SQ. First impression on familiar roads , spritely aren't they can see the brakes getting a work out..... so a weekend of exploring what it can do and I suspect a few questions will be inbound

1000 miles in now. Avg mpg is 34 which isn't bad given the performance and aero. It's so much quieter than the RS in terms of wind and road noise, even tho it's on 22" and the RS was 21s and double glazed. In fact I find myself travelling unexpectedly quickly in this because of the cocoon like feeling compared to the RS .
Less luggage room but still ok tho nowhere to put the luggage cover rail is annoying.
Love the fact there is an oil temp gauge, HUD is now a must have on any car of the future.
Can't believe we missed off the 360 camera setup but so far relatively easy to berth in most car park spots.
In a sea of RRS and FFRR that seem to be everywhere round here we're rather pleased with our blue brick.
Will figure out the connectivity this week and try the towing capability out .
So can easily see how people like them so much, we're pretty much converted

You know the luggage cover does fit with 7 seats up. Bit fiddly but you can get it flat on the floor of what’s left of the boot .
