    Hi

I took my q7 to audi for a health check and they gave the following advice regarding the injectors? Surely do not need to replace all if one is leaking???

The following items are flagged for immediate attention (red):
There is a combustion noise from engine when ticking over and an oil loss around cylinder 5 in the vehicle cylinder head - suspect injector loose in head causing oil loss and exhaust gas escaping. This would require new seals and all 6 injectors to be done. I have also attached two images which the technician has provided in regards to this.

Is this typical of an audi garage to do this?

I have also attached a picture

    Any advice would be great

    Thanks in advance

well, if one has gone, are the others going to follow ? you dont know, neither does the garage, so by doing all 6 you are guaranteeing you wont be going back for the same job to be done on the others , and some people would then kick off and argue that they all should have been done in the first place.
