No pictures, 5 milliseconds is a lot.

The R32 is driving me to distraction, I think the FIC unit is faulty as it will not display the lambda voltage.

Hi still spending a lot of time on the Internet , learning how to use my Verus, to try to find this problem, and thanks to Crasher , for the help he has given me, I still have not sorted the problem, I have cleared the codes so many times now, after trying different things, I think I need to start again with the basics, I thing I have not done is drive the car, all I have done is start it stationary, that got me thinking, where did I start, I always take pictures or fault codes, so I have gone back through my pictures of the very first code read, And I found a P1132 Lack of heated oxygen sensor 1 bank 1 switch ........ Rich, The ....... I can't see as the light was on that bit. This code has never come back up but that might be because I haven't driven the car. Does this help in diagnosing my problem.

I have been looking at the fuel adaption today, at tickover the fuel adaption is 24%, if i raise the rpm nearly to open throttle, the adaption stays at 24%, but if I keep snapping the throttle it goes down to about zero and then when the engine is setteling down, it goes way negative, and then slowly back to 24% again.

Just Few readings from my autel

intake manifold pressure is 637.56 mbar and the spec is 240-420 this reading is at tickover

Idle stabilization, self adaption is 10 the spec is-10-0.0%

Lamda control is at 25% and the spec +10-10

intake manifold pressuere is 457.2 the spec is 240-420 mbar

does anyone have any clues, it is looking like the manifold pressure is to high.

Crasher, have you given up on me?.

Why would it be too high? Catalyst or exhaust blockage maybe.

A post throttle body air leak would do that and such a leak would make the lambda sensor signal cause extra fuel to be added, then more and then more.

so are we talking after the map, before the throttle body, Like inlet manifold, Or are we still looking any where on the vacume side, I might take the inlet manifold off today and see what I can find, I could also take the throttle body off and give it a clean, Hopfully I might find something.

    Thanks Paul

After the throttle valve plate up to the head face, anywhere on the vacuum side including the servo. I use a smoke tester for this job.
