One thing I forgot to mention, when the car is cold and you start it, it runs fine until it gets hot. and goes in to closed loop, then it runs rough???

The pre 2005 BKY ran longer in open loop than later cars, it will be an EU3 emissions version.

This first test, is that testimg the af sensor bank1 ?

If the Snap Off unit has the function, go into Basic Settings address 04 and then with the engine running, type in group 075. Without touching the clutch or brake pedals, blip the throttle up to max revs about 5 times and in display zone 4 the text should change from Test off to test on and then let it idle until system OK is displayed. To set up the EGR valve, turn on the ignition but do not start the engine, go into Basic setting 074 and display 4 should change to ADP OK.

Those tests are for the setting up and testing of the EGR valve. Flapper has a good point, it is a closed circuit breather system so any leak will enlean the mixture
