Exit Green Menu

Very quick question. I have found a helpful chap who is popping round later with VCDS to activate my green menu, as i want to activate SIM / Bluetooth together, plus a few other mods I have been reading about.

I know that i have to press Car + Menu together for a few seconds to activate the green menu, but can anyone confirm how you get out of it again.
Just don't want to activate it and get stuck.

PS. Was going to try and mod the following

Video in motion
Needle sweep
Disc brake massage
Memory for start / Stop
Boot open/close from fob
Emergency braking hazard
Cornering lights (if i have them)

Any other useful mods to try??

Any menu key like nav/radio/phone etc from memory, or ignition, to exit green menu.
