As the title says, has anyone updated to the 2017 nav disc?

My sat nav is still running on the original 2010 disc and I'm thinking of updating. Does the 2017 version allow full postcode search or is it still just 4 characters?

Anyone know how much the current disc will cost and I know it has to be installed and activated by the local dealership but is this included in the price?

    TIA

Everything free in internet- search. Dealer price should be around 200 for 3G basic, but its not full postcode. I belive cracked software for full postcode are selling hazzydazzy or similar, but different feedbacks for this, so not sure, is this soft 100% safe!

I downloaded and burned 2017 disc for mmi 2g. Still rubbish. Started to use my old china Sat nav. MMI 2g sat nav still dont find all addresses ..when entering postcode you cant enter full code and must choose street from list and street you need is still missing. So yeahhh..i use my old nav with updated maps. Never let me down.
    Using Uk maps.

    Hi
Don't update really it is still sheit, not a full postcode and if you travel in to East EU than you have to change sat navigation cd (at least on mine), buy a Tom Tom or something like it with life time free updates and warnings or just use your phone will be much cheaper and better. Just saying from expirience.
Hope it helps as Audi only rips you off

Had tom tom on my iphone for years now was 50 quid Iirc, and also stuck it on the wifes phone, way way better than the audi or the land rover sat nav.
