    Look at the bottom area of the pillar between front drivers door and rear door on drivers side. The top button in this picture is the interior sensor on/ off sensor, the bottom button is for a tow truck to pull your car away without the alarm going off, it switches off a level sensor so the car knows that thieves aren't towing your car away

    VW POLO 2002 1.2 12v , Audi A6 2006 2.0 TDi SE , Skoda Fabia 1.4 TDi

    All 3 cars in the current fleet

    Just have the one button in my car not the tow one. Maybe windows don't work with key fob when locking car because siren on alarm doesn't work ?

    That has nothing to do with it, the feature doesn't come enabled as standard on some models/spec.
