    Hi guys,

    I have a stage 2 polo gti 6r. My specs are;
    stage 2 software
    dsg software
    bmc air filter
    70 downpipe and 63 varex
    forge dv(blue spring) and wg (yellow spring)
    wagner intercooler.

    I cleaned up the dv and slush the dv and then change the spark plugs ( bkr7eix)

    As i wrote i have actual pressure value if anyone could help me i would be so glad.

    Before wg adjustment;

    I cant actually buy a new one (forge dv).

    Change the DV back to standard. This is a CAVE engine? Who's software are you running?

    This is the CTH engine. I am not sure that have you ever heard the firm but this is EcuFast. When i just bought my car from a friend, I had another software before ( Pschiptuning - 1.8 bar limited ) and i changed the software(ecufast - 1.5 bar limited). Im wondering that if i back to standard DV my car can work stable with 1.5 bar limited?

    The CTHE is the same as the CAVE, the only difference is the ECU map. You don't need a different diverter valve to handle a little more boost, aftermarket diverter valves cause so much trouble it's daft and these twin charger engines are temperamental things. We did a head rebuild on one in a Golf 5 GT last week, totally worn out exhaust valve guides at 70K miles! These downsized high boosted petrol engines are a nightmare waiting in the wings. Even VW have had to say lets stop this, no more.

    Yeah, i knew the difference. I asked my friend and he said me "i bought the dv and wg from second hand and i gave the standard dv to you as well" so i ll put in the standard dv and then take log again, if actual pressure values would be normal should i go on by standard dv? Btw, my car is at 25k miles. You are completely right or maybe i should drive and be happy with the actual pressure problem

    There is nothing wrong with extra power, it would be good to find out why it is unstable.
