Q5 Various problems

Hi
Please can someone help as this car is driving me mad

My first problem is the tailgate...
Sometimes it opens with the button on the tailgate, sometimes the button on the drivers door and sometimes the button on the remote but sometimes it doesn't open at all which is a pain when my dog is in the boot.

Secondly the boot doesn't always shut properly and after I've pulled off I'm told the boot is open and I have to get out and push it closed.

My third problem is the rear washer doesn't work and yet the boot carpet seems to get soaking wet when I try the washer.....

And last but no means least the Sat Nav......
I'm disappointed that Audi have made a MMI system that has to have the navigation CD in the drive to use Sat nav so you can't listen to a music CD at the same time, what a ridiculous design.
Sadly even when I put the CD in (the latest I have is 2013) its starts to work and then you start putting the postcode in and then I get an error:

I have no idea what version of MMI I have but when I wet into to see what version of firmware it was I see the following:

I can maybe help you out a bit.

The tailgate issue - you need to visit the dealer. The symptoms you describe suggest the tailgate may need adjustment.
The windscreen washer is simple. The pipe has come off somewhere and the water is squirting into the boot. Again dealer should be able to fix and odd you have 2 problems with the tailgate. They may be related.
The Sat Nav: on my old Q5 (same model year as yours) you didn't need the CD in from memory. Try taking it out an see if the Nav works. If it does not then try a head cleaner and a disc clean and putting it back in. Also I think it's a DVD not a CD. I had two from memory. One was Europe and one was UK.
