3.0tdi Le Mans remap

Evening all I have just got my self a Le Mans on a 2007 having changed from a discovery 3 I am looking to get it remapped is there any one you lot would recommend like AMD recon shark ect cheers for any info Steve

have a look at the forum sponsors, there are some reputable mappers there. a local lad has one of these, he came to a rolling road day, made 320 bhp and about 550 nm torque . he was happy.

i couldnt say to be sure . the lad i know had his done locally, bit far from essex lol. expert tuning have an offer on, i dont know how far they are from you.

Depends what your after I've got the same year and engine and opted to go for an 'eco' remap that gave me a 12% performance gain.

So I got 250bhp and no increase in insurance premium and it cost me £600 but that included a straight through SS exhaust (losing the rear restrictive silencers) with 2x dual finishers. Place called Elite Exhausts who have a tuning arm.

Appreciate though I live in one of the lowest insurance areas of the country and that my insurance halved when I moved from Essex.

A previous poster (Bops) has an 07 LeMans and can probs give you some good advice as he also lives in Essex (IIRC)
