All four cams are different but I don't know the measurements. I checked all the manufacturers listed against the cam kit and non give any specification, hardly even a grainy picture.

Problem Solved! Now it runs smooth and responds to the throttle really good.
The problem was that the valves had been too long when they regrinded the head, and that the eBay stuff don't got the best quality.
So firstly I measured how much the valve was left open, by slowly unscrew the bolts and nuts for the cam and simultaneously doing a leakdown test. And that shown that the space was as biggest 0.75mm on some of the valves. Then I opened a valve lifter and measured how thick the bottom was. I think this China stuff was about 1.7mm thick. And then I started to machine theses lifters 1mm in the bottom with a emery and a screwdriver. Then finished with a smooth file to get a nice surface.
The valve lifters are not moving when the engine is running, so there are no risk of wear due to the rough surface, the only other place I can figure out is to shorten the top of the valves, but that's much more tricky unless the head is removed.

It could be that the seats have been cut too deep but it is more likely that the longer (by 0.1-mm) valves of the roller tappets model have been fitted, are the fingers flat or roller?

They arr flat, maby ist a combination of faults since the valves was about 0.75mm too long to seal, without any adjustment ability in the hydraulic tappets.
