    Hi All,

My Audi a4 3.0 tdi v6 2006 is giving me a flashing coil light about 10 seconds everytime i start the car. Engine goes into limp mode

    the faults i get are

    009263 - diesel particulate fliter (bank1): restricted/clogged P242F - 001 upper limit exceeded - MIL ON
    Fault status 11110001

    000260 - Mass Air flow sensor (G70): intermittentent P0104 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded

    000258 - Mass Air flow sensor (G70): Signal too Low p0102 - 001 - Upper limit Exceeded

    I have changed the MAF
    DPF pressure sensor
    Exhuast Gas Temp Sensor

and I have also the DPF flushed out through a DPF flushing company (they took the dpf off and put it through a special machine designed to clean it), which we know is cleaned throughly and is not blocked.

yet I still have the fault issues

Regarding the DPF - I understand that the system requires being reset, we have tried to set long adaption on channel 81 to 1 (0001) however when we hit test we get new value of 0 and the save button is greyed out. not sure what Im doing wrong.

I also have tried to reset channel 83 (dpf pressure sensor) same issue.

    could any one help ?

    Hi,

Did you ever find the solution to all this? I've come across the exact same issue with the same car and engine. DPF was cleaned by a company via a similar process to you. no back pressure across the DPF. Dealership that now have the car want to replace the DPF for over €3,000.

    What happened in the end?
