That would explain it. I think most of our configs end up with rear privacy glass.

as far as I know as did ask this you can't get heat/sound insulated rear windows in the uk not sure why

Nope, time to stick my fingers in my ears! I'm going to add Bose, so the glass will remain as is... So long as I stay ignorant and don't experience the sound insulating glass then I'll be fine! :-)

I like the look of Garnet Red (google images shows plenty) but I've never seen one in the flesh. Weird how brokers have it as a regular option, but anyway I've given up on that. I like the Sepang Blue too!

Thanks, hopefully Audi will have fixed their order system tomorrow so I can finally get things moving rather than continually drooling over their options list...!

Just looked at broadspeed after Nemo's post. If you're not getting 13% off already, could be an extra option or two you could ring out

Rear privacy glass is so useful for naps in the rear row of seats in the services, on long journeys.

Nooooooo.....! Just when I thought I'd got it sorted!

Broadspeed aren't' hitting 13% for me...seems to be around 10%... Hmm...that's odd. I thought I was doing ok....! Perhaps I should just give up and keep my A6 for its 12 year...!

EDIT - I've just gone back to Broadspeed. It's ok, there's about 13% on the car, but the options aren't quite that level.

I just want to close of this thread in case any one is interested/following. The following day I spotted a used Q7 at an independent, about a year old with just about all the options I wanted. Sooo.., I'm now the proud owner of a Black S Line 272 and had my first real trip in it today around the M25. Never enjoy those queues so much...I was actually looking forward to the next jam so I could play with all the gadgets! :-)
