My dealer ordered in the SD Card for this update but it prevented him updating today claiming the current firmware was newer, and when they checked they reckon the update was for MY16 vehicles. FYI I am a MY17 car, built end of March 17, with 0917 firmware. Just in case it helps newer owners

the current 2017 MY17 this update won't work
this update will only work up to chassis number G

mine and most Q7 that been built this year prob have chassis number H as mine have
