    Hi all
first post here, I have a 2013 b8 s4, do these have high beam assist when lights are on auto, I have tried and they just stay on when cars approach, not sure if it's not working or I just don't have it. There is something in car settings menu for lights saying early, medium or late but not sure what that is.
    thanks for looking

Wasn't standard, when you enable the high beam there should be an icon beside the mileage showing the feature is active if the high beam assist is present.

The setting in the MMI is when the auto lights come on, early, medium or late.

If I push the stalk forward it activates high beam and the stalk returns back but high beam just seems to stay on, I'm sure I seen the letter A in blue once before when I bought the car a month ago but can't seem to get it in that mode again

The A denotes High beam assist, but I can`t remember if it can be set on or off in MMI ( I`m away at the moment so cant check my car). Go to vehicle settings - lighting, and check. Headlamp swith MUST be in AUTO position for it to work.

Have a look at your windscreen, have you got this camera? You should see the A in the bottom picture when the system is active even if the high beams haven't been triggered
