Reverse Camera / Backup Camera stopped working - please help

Hi all,

I have a 2012 Audi q7 Sline+, it has a camera built in.

I plugged VCDS in and originally wanted to enable the wing mirror folding and dipping for when reversing.

I found the enable mirror button to which I clicked, upon resetting, I now no longer have the ability of the camera working and only the sound/beeping works?

I read that the navigation (37) panel needs to be customized to re enable this but It wont connect to its "no response from Controller" could this be the error?

Can anyone help on this? I tried to book in with Audi but the wait is very long, May 17th is the next available appointment, far too long

updated for anyone who might be interested.

Took the car to a trusted Garage, he had a look at this via VCDS, he couldnt work out what the problem was as everything displayed he said shows an active and working camera.. but of course no camera is working and is no longer on the dashboard...

Looks like its gonna have to go into the dealer
