Adjusting front drivers door hinge 2007 Touran

Hi folks,

Has anyone had any luck adjusting the door hinges on a Touran without having to take the wing off?

My door has dropped slightly and whilst I've managed to adjust the striker plate so it closes ok the door has dropped a fair bit and is starting to rub on the edge of the sill below.

sounds like the hinge is worn and needs replacing rather than just adjusting.

Have a look at this for mk5 golf, should be the same on a touran, as said above though, sounds like it's worn beyond adjustment if its catching the sill
