    I heard this stuff was more prone to bmws... I'm not having a go at that make of car btw, just heard they were prone to it?

    As I understand it they can either pop the handle when your key is near (left near the front door etc) and then they access the OBD port to get the car moving. I have seen people move the OBD port to a different location with an extender cable to stop it from happening (or at least delay it). Not a vulnerability with one specific make/model, just a growing number of options as the software gets easier to obtain and operate.
