    Crasher, after having another look at ur pic the hub trigger visible in this pic is a just above the 4Z mark on mine.

    Not sure if it would really help,I would ask if it would be worthwhile removing cover to see cam position when valves are rocking on num. 4.and confirming crank markings coincide.

    Sorted. Cleaned the crank sprocket and found the correct timing mark . Pics were a big help, cheers Crasher.
