If its like the Westfalier I fitted to my A6, which I think is very similar to the factory Westfalier, I got it from PF Jones, they should be able to supply more bolts.

I seem to remember these bolts need torqueing, then again after an hour, and possibly again after another hour. I think this is to allow the wax in the body shell to compress.

On my 2005 allroad, which had a similar bar, if I remember correctly, the rearmost screws were 10mm x 40 screwing into captivated nuts in the integral chassis box section. The frontmost ones were 10mm bolts fitted through the box section crush tubes with nylock nuts and heavy plain washers on the underside accessed by dropping both exhaust tailpipes and heat shields. Can't remember exact length but if you add external depth of box section + bracket thickness + thick washer + nylock nut + 5 mm you will be 'on the money'. My one had bolts rather than screws on the frontmost mounting holes, best engineering practice IMO where crush tubes are involved. Have fun.

Thank you Sir, I have a pdf picture of the towbar and it list's six M12 x 100mm two M12 nuts and six spring washers. So I am a little confused now lol. I didn't know I have to remove the rear tail pipes as well as the rear bumper and crash bar. But hey ho here we go, stipping it all down on the weekend and I hope I can get the bolts then or I will have to do it twice hehehe. Great fun. Thanks Paul.
