I got the genuine one too, dealer matched the eBay price and i didn't have to pay postage. Glad it's not just me with the sliding around the boot and having to adjust the seats. Grabbed the bumper protection film from eBay too, works well

It was okay, just make sure it's not windy and that the bumper and film are really wet. fitted it to the last car and it stopped the dog scratches. If you run out of solution, a few drops of dishwasher rinse aid in water do the trick

I have the Q7 now and finally getting around to sorting a boot protector...

I think this one looks good..

Loading area protector Audi Q 7 5sitzer ab 03.06 Car boot liner fold-out Velour | eBay

    Or

Audi Q7 2015 On rubber boot mat liner options & bumper protector | eBay

I think I prefer the carpet one especially as its made to order in Germany.

    Hi

the first one unless I'm reading it wrong is for an 06 mark 1 4L model

the second one looks good and covers all areas etc just down to if ud rather have carpet?

i have the genuine Audi mat with pull out bumper protector it's ok but rather thick as it also folds out to cover if the rear seats are down

but it don't fit the full width of boot as if you have the load fixing kit that I have

its some times better if you can see what your buying first and get a feel of it

I bought mine from Dealers - I'm sure it's in the thread somewhere but I have the semi rigid plasticy one which does slide about but does the job I need it to do (take the pushchair dirt!)

I also have the factory £115 one but never used it as it's carpet and I wanted the plasticky one

There is quite a few talks on boot liners if you look back
it was even brought up 3-4 weeks ago just not sure where

some genuine Audi ones tend to slide forward and back unless you have the 2nd row seats back

really that's why you need to see some in person to get a feel and look

go to your local dealer and ask to see a few then do a search on eBay as often find it cheaper and often from a genuine Audi dealer as well

thease do a nice one just make sure you get one for right hand drive

i have there 3rd row floor Matt

Thanks all. Just don't want to buy the wrong one as it's not cheap.

Re thinking and think maybe rubber may be better as carpet will probably get trashed. The main thing for us is something that pulls down as well as the boot liner so the buggy doesn't scratch the boot lip, the boot on my old car was full of scratches from the buggy...
