I just got a 2007 A6 with 75,000 but I'm noticing 250-500 RPM jumps iwhen I'm right around 30 MPH. I'm guessing that could potentially be a torque converter issue down the road. Upon asking my audi guy he suggested trying Dr. Shudder Fixx or Dr. Tranny (drtranny.com). Has anyone used these in the past and did they work? Also, this comes in a tube to be added -- where do i access the transmission fluid container? Thanks in advance!

    welcome to the forum.
googling dr tranny i am quite surprised to see pages that have nothing to do with auto gearboxes, but did find the stuff you are on about. might be worth a try. i dont think its available here in the uk though. now, i presume this is a multitronic box. has it got a service record for its oil change at about 38k ???

Zollaf has made a good point.
ATF and filter changes at recommended service intervals are very important on auto boxes.
Check for filter change and not just the ATF change.
