    So the car was running fine a couple of days ago but tried her again and this happens...

    Try some jump leads thinking it was the battery but its not (Also done a multi meter and its 12.71v)...

    Just done a full service like 4 days ago (Again ran perfect after.)

    Your immobiliser light is flashing, so it does not recognise key.... hence ECU stalls engine.
    PM me if you're still having trouble. I have VCDS and can probably also recover PIN code and match it all up again.

    How? VCDS cannot do this.

    No VCDS cannot do it (some programs can use the VCDS cable to extract SKC). I normally dismantle clocks and use a clip on adapter with an EEPROM programmer, then extrapolating the PIN is just a bit of HEX->DEC conversion after a byte flip.
