POST MOVED TO CORRECT YEAR...SORRY

Just wondering what everyones thoughts are on whether i should fix or flog on.

My Audi A6 Allroad 2.5 TDI Quattro has done approx 107,000 miles and in pretty decent shape, other than the items listed below, and is ideal for my family, but i can't decide if to repair or sell at a knocked down price?

Known problems and work that needs doing:

Timing belt needs changing
Front drivers side suspension leaking
GPS not picking the car up on the sat nav (i have the part for this)
Third brake light not working
Boot showing open on the dash but is closed
Boot wont lock from the central locking but will manually from the key (still shows open on the dash tho)

Thoughts?

not really much of a list is it ? any car with a timing belt will need it replacing, it needs a couple of airbags like anything on air does, and the rest are really neither here nor there.

To be honest ive no idea how much the suspension or timing belt will cost, maybe i'll get a quote first.

I'm thinking the electrical things may be linked?

possibbly a break in the wires where they go between the boot and body, its quite common as they are twisted every time the boot is opened, or could be the lock unit itself and it just needs a lnew lock and brake light or bulbs. timing belt is a costly one as the front needs to come off and you want a complete kit with water pump and a genuine thermostat.

oh well under a grand. about 4-500 for the belt all in, 150 ish each for some nice air springs.. (do check though).
thing is with the tdi though,. its normally engine rebuilds that make them un viable, or failing injection pumps... depends on the enguine coide but if its healthy then most other jobs are only routine. remove the oil cap and have a look with a torch, make sure the cam lobe you can see looks like a cam lobe..
