Injector/glow plug fault! 2007 Passat 2.0 tdi

Hi, I have a 2007 passat 2.0 tdi and have a few fault codes coming up.
The car is faultless in every way apart from when starting from stone cold it starts and cuts out or starts and struggles for a second or 2 and then jumps to tick over and fine.
As soon as the engine has it little heat in it it will start faultless every time.
I'm getting fault codes for all 4 glow plugs and codes for all 4 injectors!
Would I be correct in assuming this will be a harness fault?

I did think fuel running back at first but didn't think that would throw a glow plug light up?

It looks like you have no power getting to the plugs, you could confirm with a multi meter on the glow plug supply on the top of the plugs. There is a glow plug control unit and relay in the engine compartment relay board, next to the battery, sorry can't say which relay off the top of my head. Once you get the plugs back on clear the codes and see if the injector codes stay clear.
