    Default New vcds user – 23-02-2017,03:29 PM
    Hey guys,
    My HEX-V2 vcds arrived yesterday from gendan and i was hoping to turn a few things on in my A3 8v tdi s line. i have been looking online and the things i would like are, visual rear parking sensors, pass mirror dip on reverse,needle sweep oil temp and exterior lights on the mmi.

    I had a quick go and switching these on but although i could get my laptop to communicate with the car (wheni did a test it was good) i couldn't get anything to work. All i kept getting is the software locking up with module not responding being shown. Would it be possible for someone to give me a step by step on these as the guides i have been using seem to be missing something.

    Plug the cable into the car, turn the ignition, open the software on the laptop, first do an autos can and save, this saves all your coding.

    Q3 S-line+ quattro in blue...
    A4 2.5 tdi QS (mapped)
