VAGCOM 311-2 Fault Codes, should they com eup on unregistered Version?

Hi,

Does anyone know if fault codes (if any) should show using an unregistered version of VAGCOM 311-2 ?

I get some of the measurements etc but as its not registered some options are blanked out.

Without knowing what cable you have, I can't say. If you look at the link in my post it should tell you which cables will and won't work though.
