Hope someone can advise. 2008 Jetta had track rod end and front discs replaced. Since then the steering wheel light has been permanently on amber. Taken to dealer who carried out basic wiring checks but extended wiring check required possible steering rack. Took car to another garage who said diagnostics reported 4 codes for ignition switch.
My question is what could the original garage who replaced track rod end have done to cause this? Is replacing the ignition switch possibly the cause?
I am spending lots of money without a clear result
    thanks
