    Hi Guys,

New to this forum and current Mondeo TitX driver, just ordered a new A4 Sport Ultra 150PS with Tech Pack and Virtual Cockpit and was just wondering whether Parking Sensors are as standard "My Parking is s**t, even if I do say so for a bloke". The Sales guy at Newcastle Audi was new there and hardly knew any info about the cars or specs of them as Standard, I take it the electric folding mirrors is a chargeable extra also?

Also I'll be averaging around 25k miles per year in it and was wondering what the fuel consumption is like?

    Cheers in advance

I believe front and rear parking sensors are standard on all new A4's.

Depending on how you drive and journey length/type you should be able to average 50-55 mpg. I don't think the economy is anything spectacular for the type of car but its not bad either.

I have an S line 190 PS S tronic and on a good motorway run, where you're in 7th gear most of the time, I can regularly get 60-61 mpg showing on the short term trip, but the long term one is currently at 50ish.

The folding mirrors aren't standard either, I think they're a £225ish extra. TBH on the S line they should be standard imo. I bought an ex-demo car and it does have the folding mirrors which was lucky to be honest and the larger fuel tank, which was a must for me.

Rear parking sensors on SPORT, feature from SE.
As far as I know, no camera, no front sensors, all extra or in a pack.

The car has good visibility (unless you get privacy glass), so parking is alot easier than an A6.

    On the plus side

    Technology Pack
    - Audi Connect, 36 months
    - Flat bottomed 3-spoke leather trimmed high multi-function steering wheel with chrome clip (and
    paddles for automatic transmissions)
    - Audi Virtual Cockpit
    - Navigation system - High
    - MMI navigation plus
    - Audi Phone box with wireless charging

The virtual cockpit is very good, the car has Android auto / apple carplay which supports Siri / ok Google , Maps via Apple maps / Google maps , Music via Spotify, google music, tunein radio , Deezer etc... you'll have 3 years Audi connect, you'll need a SIM to stick into the SIM slot in the glove box for the DATA link, I use a "iD mobile" SIM £5 for 1.5GB DATA / month, car uses around 300mb for normal usage. All Android auto / apple car play DATA is via your phone SIM. To you the Android auto / Apple carplay your PHONE MUST be plugged into the car via a USB LEAD (USB 2 or USB 3) via one of the USB ports in the centre console.

You will love it, problem with AUDI adding toys makes the price go mental, but TECH pack was a wise move, I love it....
