    Default Shock absorbers – 03-02-2017,08:41 PM
    I am having some trouble with my A6 (3.2 Quattro FSI). Basically the rear shock absorber needs replacing (drivers side) and audi have quoted over £600 for a replacement part! The OEM is 4FO 616 032N - I cannot seem to find this part anywhere! Does anyone know if there is a substitute part that will be cheaper or where I can purchase the same part for cheaper? Any help is appreciated I really do not want to spend £600 on one shock absorber.

    Will these 2nd hand units not work?

    Thanks! They seem to be the ones. I called up audi again and it's turns out the part is £805 stand alone! Saved my self a few quid buying these.

    Not sure how I missed them. I had been searching on eBay and nothing came up! I must have been doing something wrong.
