A4 Personal Route Assist

I've had my new-model A4 since last March with the Tech Pack that gave upgraded Navigation. One of the features that interested me was the Personal Route Assist that is supposed to monitor/record my journeys and suggest these when I get in the car.
I have had this activated in the Nav settings since I had the car and it shows the icon in the lower right corner of the screen as the manual suggests but I have never once had a route suggested to me.

I'm wondering if I need to get my MMI software updated (mine is version is 0442) and so I want to ask if other A4 owners have this working as the manual suggests and what MMI version they have ?

Works ok on mine, I'll check software version tomorrow.
Can I ask, do you experience traffic delays on your normal commute?
The shortest delay I have seen it activate for was 5 minutes.

Yes, I normally have delays of 10 mins or more on my commute, but it has never offered my route in the list, only the destination which it then plans from scratch each time. My main issue is that I don't drive the route that the nav system plans so I want it to record the route I actually drive.
I'm thinking my software needs updating so am interested what version you have.

I'm not having much luck with Audi on this issue. They had the car for a week and all they could tell me at the end was that they agreed it was a fault but didn't know how to fix it and neither did Germany (apparently).

Can someone that has Personal Route Assist working please post a photo of their nav screen showing a personal route listed (below the home address) ?

Attached is a photo from my nav screen and I'm expecting personal routes (with the flag/bulb icon) to be listed below the "home address" line.

Did you have any luck with this? I have had a new A3 for a month with Personal Route suggestions enabled and, like you, I have yet to see one appear. I have tried disabling and enabling with no effect and the unit says it has the most up-to-date s/w installed. Maybe it's something to do with living in Fleet, I live there too :-)

I've had no luck with Audi on this at all. I had the car serviced recently (Camberley) and they said there was a software update available but it didn't help in any way with the PRA issue.

The Audi Service Centre mgr has the same on his Audi and hasn't been able to suggest anything. To be honest, I've given up expecting a fix and wonder if it actually works at all for anyone.
Maybe if you badger them as well (Camberley) they may realise it's not just me!

If anyone does have this working, can you please post a photo of the nav screen with a route being proposed + software version.
