Right so, noticed the other night my main beams would not turn on or flash, nothing! So checked bulbs, flipped them over on to the dipped and they worked , so bulbs are not the issue! Hooked the diagnostic up and get the error message below :

    Central electronics
    Part #: 8K0907063
    Coding: 690050B10014B7000001000000005F5F001D02080000014100 0000 (hex)
    Component: BCM1 1.0
    Fault codes:
    01495 Bulb for High-Beams, Left (M30)

Checked Ross tech and it relates to the bulbs and connections on the harness, all seem good. What could be causing this???

    ok.

In that case, maybe main connector on the light one pin is burned out in the middle so to say, or wiring connector pin is burned out or module j519 itself has fault etc!
