i am having some trouble enabeling the navigation option in my 2011 A1, i cant seem to find the code for it in vcds or any info on how to enable it . my car does have the GPS and navigation options in it but they are disabled and if i press the navi button in the MMI i get this message " the navigation function has not yet been enabled. please contact your audi dealer". when i went to my audi dealer here in Dubai they said we cant activate it for you because we are not allowed to. even after i tried to explain to them that i paid for the navi option to be in my car they still refused to activate it for me.

so i was wondering if any VCDS expert here can help me out with the code to be able to activate the navi so i can use it.

ive attached some pics of the message i get and also some pics of the green menu showing that my car does have gps and that it has location lock and everything working . and also the auto scan log incase it helps

It's about £300 to do it here in the U.K.
    Surprised at your dealer response

I think there are some people that can enable remotely using ODIS online account if you have bought genuine activation document and maps, like been enabled from factory
