My car was involved in a front end collision. I've got all work done but now when you start the car it just revs up and down for a while then starts juddering.

I've had the engine inspected and the block itself seems fine. I've been told it's due to changing the throttle body and it needs to be reprogrammed. Or a turbo boost pipe issue...

Any suggestions would really help

If it's throttle body then someone with VCDS can do it for you. There's a map in the VCDS section so you can find someone near you. Unfortunately you don't say where you are so can't point you in the right direction.
Another thing they could do would be to scan the car for faults.
