Air suspension Problems on Allroad 2007

Hi all in this nice forum

I was driving last week home from work and suddenly came the warning light for air suspension one the fault is like this

1 Fault Found:
02645 - Valves for Level Control System
003 - Mechanical Failure - Intermittent
Freeze Frame:
Fault Status: 00100011
Fault Priority: 2
Fault Frequency: 5
Reset counter: 200

if i turn of the car it goes away, it comes back after 15 min or one hour, , the car lift quickly dosent loose air over night. compressor make 16 bar , it only put very little air in system around 2-4 bar and have a nice temp on 85-90 degree is brand new (2 months tops), I changed also the valve block rear springs are new as well...

can it be the control module ? or does anyone have other ideas, I want to try to change control module wires are fine

the car is an audi allroad a6 2007, ASB engine

Hi Jacob,

Did you get this worked out? I have also 4F Allroad 2007 with ASB engine and same problem. There were no leaks last time I checked, but I have to check again. I have also new compressor and valve unit. I have evenchanged the valve unit once to guarantee part.

I changed the valves, compressor in the end i changed both to strutts to some from aerosus witch broke 4 days it was the worst deal i ever made after i chose to mount original strutts and after that i didnt had any issues anymore. It must be a small leak somewhere witch give this error

I have to check the leaks once more. If there's none, I'll change the valve unit once again. Do you have factory spares or something else?

I have a pair of strutts from aerosus because they dont give money back and they are something i would not mount on my car

I mean did you use factory compressor and valve unit or something aftermarket?

I use ebay compressor from automotive in Germany very good quality and cost 30% of what audi original is costing

I have new Meissler units. I have to check leaks and if there's none get new valve unit once more.

Car was in dynamic mode + jacking mode activated overnight at 0 degrees C and it stayed level overnight. Seems like there's no leaks in airbags.
