I'm thinking of buying/refurbing these 22" wheels for my 2012 Q7 the seller says they are genuine Audi but I've not seen them before, can anyone tell me if they are Audi wheels and if they are for a Q7 or a different model?

I currently have standard 20" wheels and I'm happy with the comfort/ride, does anyone have any experience of 22" on the Q7 and what affect they have on ride/comfort over the 20" wheels?

They look more Porsche Cayenne that has the same bolt pattern, I don't believe audi fitted a 22" to the Q7, I've got 21" factory wheels on mine, slightly noisy but they are very low profile, and don't have a problem getting tyres at good prices. Whatever tyres you put on they are going to wear quicker than most so don't get expensive ones budget ones last longer.

Audi did not make 22 inch wheels for the Q7.
Ask the seller for the part number from the back of the wheel ie 4L0 *** ***

So if Audi didn't make any 22" for the Q7 then I can't see what other Audi vehicle these would be from.

I have asked for more details but if they aren't AO then I wouldn't want them...

Turns out these are actually Porche wheels but not originals, however I understand they should fit a Q7...

Q7, Cayenne & Touareg All use the same bolt pattern and similar offsets except the cayenne sometimes has a staggered offset making the rears look wider, this is because they are made of similar parts sharing the same platform. The bolt pattern is actually a normal porsche pattern not the usual Audi/vw setup. On the new Q7 they have reverted back to the Audi bolt pattern so these wheels are not interchangeable.

My Audi Q7 4L came fitted with Porsche 22" alloys painted black. The ride is fine and they look fine. One thing I've found though is that whoever fitted them put small width tyres on the back 285 where as I think the rim is designed to take 285 and 295's. As a result they look a little odd. When the tyre wears out I will go up to 295.
