Power steering yellow light

Hi,
I have 2005 golf mk5 1.9 tdi 77kw BKC engine.
Two days ago I disconnected the battery to charge it. Next day after I connected it the the yellow light of the steering was on. I done full locks left and right and drove it straight several times, cleaned the grounds under the air box but the light is still there. My vag scanner VAG305 does not show any DTS . Any ideas what I should do will be highly appreciated.

Do it again but drive it longer

I am going to try it again this evening , coming back from work - about 25 miles journey.

Today the light is still on. I am thinking to buy or or rent if its possible better scanner .

Should have gone out by now. Try again turn left all the way to the limit stop and hold then turn to the right limit stop and hold now try and drive in a completely straight line to a speed of 30 mph. That's the basic settings.
