A1 sound system – 15-12-2016,06:35 AM

My wife collected her new A1 on Sunday and now after driving for about half hour the radio will turn itself off and then come back on after a few seconds. Is there some setting I can change, or is there a software fault that needs updating, Any advice welcome. Roy
