Yes the control position not learned is still present when I run the adaptation process.

When I start adaptation the compressor did not start, instead the lowering green button on the dash came on and height 2 started flashing. This ultimately timed out and error appeared. Measuring blocks say 125, 112,112,105 or there about.

I have previously got it to submit value, test and up channel and then always get error at that point.

Yes the procedure is once you enter the adaption process, the car will lower to level 1 and lift to level 2, it must complete this in 120 seconds or it will not allow you to continue, if the car cannot move itself to level 2 then you need to use 4 jacks, to lift the car to 402mm wheel centre to top of wheel arch, lift rear 2 then front 2 while it says wait, and try ch1 and enter 402mm and save and so on, It will take a few practice attempts, but it will eventually save, turn ignition off and on after each fail

    best Regards

To close off this thread, there was a very slight leak as referred to above coming from the rear left airbag. This was a seal issue and required a new 'O' ring after original o ring was damaged when the shock was changed. Slightly horrified at the cost of the O ring as part of a kit from Audi I sourced my own which I have fitted and the air leak has been resolved.

In addition the adaptation process ran like a dream. I have run this through 3 or 4 times and now have the level set up really well.

All being well that is the end of my suspension woes. I have done a short road test and the ride is once again fantastic even going over the local pot holes.

Thanks to Bag pipe Andy for his expertise and amazing help without which the car would have been binned a long time ago. Two new tyres are being fitted tomorrow, a service next week and who knows after that.
