    Any ideas guys?
I have just tried to get it out of limp mode and couldn't get under 18% on the coefficiant ... Only code logged is P2002 again.
I have saved a CSV of the databanks if anyone is really bored.... and I can work out how to upload it here.

It sould be noted that now the coil light is flashing as well as the dpf warning light.

What is the part number of the pressure sensor?

Has the pressure sensor been calibrated and the learnt ASH mass values reduced accordingly when the DPF was cleaned? I normally set it at 25% of max to be safe.

If the dpf offset value is 0 it should regen. Worth checking by sucking on the hoses from the dpf pressure sensor to make sure that the offset value changes. Like Crasher is hinting must have the correct dpf pressure sensor as some work on a 3 volt scale and some work on a 5 volt scale. Always check in mvbs that the sensor temperature is believable check all of them from cold and they should all be around ambient.

    Hi all:

So from cold and I mean COLD brrrr: Engine off and ambient is about 5 degrees (checked coolant temp on vcds )
    Temp B4 Turbo: 9.8 deg
    Temp in Dpf: 15.4 deg
    dpfmbar:0
    0ffset:1

After circa 5 mins running at idle :

    Temp B4 Turbo: 102.0 deg
    Temp in Dpf: 87.2 deg
    dpfmbar:13
    0ffset:1

    The Sensor is part 1k0905283a

When I removed the hose on the right as your are looking from the front of the car there was a vacuum present,
When I removed the hose on the left no vacuum or pressure felt
Both hoses visually look clean and clear internally.

I was ensured that when the sensor was swapped : it has been done twice : that it was encoded.

That's not a dpf pressure sensor. It has 2 hoses going directly to the dpf also known as a g450 the hoses are about 10 to 12mm in diameter. That looks like a n75 valve.
