I take it side assist uses the sensors behind the bumper?
How does it work through the bumper without anything physical on the outside of the bumper?

Its radar .. so it works through materials like the plastic bumper...

High level, yeah, plus brackets + wiring etc.

hi @andyhud007 nearly sourced everything the loom and radars mirror caps, however looking at the wiring loom its not got the same connections so it looks like need to alter the loom so its separate from the parking sensors.
