Bang and oulfsen upgrade A4 B9

Hello from Sydney, I recently bought a 3 month old A4 quattro sport Avant B9 model and I'd like to upgrade the to the factory B&O sound system, I've found a couple on ebay in Europe but it looks like I'll also have to replace the trim on the A pillars. Has anyone attempted this yet? and if so was it an easy install?
I'm also thinking of fitting wooden trim, does this just click on and off or do you have to undo the whole centre column like on the B8 model?

This is not an easy install as the wiring is completely different and will require total removal from your car and not to mention the extortionate cost and labour charges.

It's sounding expensive and might be to big a job for me to take on.
