Vw Touareg

Hi everyone i am new to this site and are hoping someone may be able to help me i have a 30 month old 2.5 tdi sport touareg which is leaking water into the passenger footwell not been back to the dealers yet (still under warranty)but if anyone has any ideas i would be most gratefull,seems like a lot of vw/audi`s have the same problem reading your website!!!

at least you'll be able to say to the dealer, its either this that or the other.

blocked drain holes, condesation from the air con or some seal to do with the pollen filter.

i think these are the common complaints that are mentioned elsewhere.

Probably the sunroof drain is blocked up. You will need to re & re the inner wing plastic covers, and you will see the rubber water outlets there. You can actually take the nipple part right out or cut off the tip to prevent it happening again. This would not be a warranty item if that is the case!
