What do you think about my engine noise? I need to replace injector 1 due to the needle lift sensor failure (G80).

Changed one of the air springs, but the droplink on this side was shot, so ordered for both sides. Also, I changed the regulator on driver door and adjusted it. Took the headligts off to polish them, and discover an aftermarket HID kit, so i removed it, and now I need to think about how to fill the hole on the rear cover. I'll sand them and polish during next week.

I managed to connect to the module 35 today using a diferent interface, and I linked my fob to the car, now my remote works. I also have errors for one of the height sensors, I have to give a good look, do cable harnesses fails or normally is the sensor? The linkage looks alright.

While removing the front hoses, the nut was seized on the brake line, and I twisted and broke them. I had measured the nuts, they are M10x1.0, but the brake lines are 5mm OD. Do you know where to source it?

The nuts were seized solid to the pipe. Now I need to repair the long pipe in the car (to the ABS valve block) and the short pipe in the caliper. Probably I will be able to source the long pipe from a local breaker, but I am not sure about the short caliper section.

I assume you have used one of the kits available on the market these days, what did you use for coating? I looked into these kits with spray coat in summer but did not like the idea of orange peel effect on head lights, unless you polish them I think they blur the light output quite a bit and distort hence just have mine polished every year to keep clear.

I did not used any kits, just wet and dry sandpaper and UV resistant clearcoat from Upol. There is a 2K UV resistant clearcoat on a rattle can that is specially designed for polycarbonate, but I was scared to use it because of the isocyanates.

The UPOL clear coat can be sanded down and polished if you want the best finish.
