I have a 2015 Scirocco and am told in the manual to use special liquid additive for the screen wash. Ebay are selling Quatum which appears to be OK, any-one used this or can advise please.

I've always used the stuff from the Shell petrol station and recently started to use this Prestone Extreme Performance Screen Wash

We use the Quantum screen wash in all the cars we service. I bought a bottle of the Shell stuff when caught dry away from home, smells nice and works well but it was silly money.

I use the Tesco own brand stuff £3 for 5 litres. Doesn’t streak and works well with my heat shot. After the first frost I switch to Halfords winter stuff, it’s bright yellow, smells of lemon and good for -30C
