Audi A6 Le Mans avant. Quattro. Sports suspension damper replacement (rear)

Hello everyone .... where can I get the oem or equivalent rear dampers for my avant? Is this something that ECP stock? One of the Sachs?

Why?
My car sags a bit (but noticeably ) on the driver side rear. There is weeping on the damper.

Did you price it from Audi? Remember it comes with a 2 year warranty.

You will also get the correct one via your VIN rather than selecting from various on ECP etc.

You can get a pair of genuine oe on eBay for £65..EDIT sorry that's A4

I would check the spring rather than the damper. The damper does not support the car the spring does. The damper damps the bounce. Pair of new springs about £360 fitted at Audi to sline / Le Mans suspension.
If the damper is leaking that will want doing too. About £80 from Audi as I remember.

However if the damper has seized then it will give different ride height, my drivers side rear had seized the ride height was all over the place, and the noise it made when you raised an lowered the car on the ramps was awful, not sure why I did not hear it more when driving????

Thanks for the replies. Springs, damper and other bushes will be investigated.

I have now found a mechanic and repair man I can trust. He is Cheap and very honest so I am keen to pursue and cure this problem. In three years the ride and handling has never been right and it wears down driver side front tyres more than any other. We have done the front tracking yesterday and it is good, it was out of tracking by a fair bit and it took ages to adjust the passenger side because it had seized (blowtorch and elbow grease applied). The ride is a little better and sorted now, but there is still a doubt.

Furthermore there is a slightly annoying creaking sound from behind there at low speed turnings right and left and especially evident up inclines during the turn. ( I have posted about this before). The creaking (plasticy rubbing sound) came and went and has become just a part of the ambient sound now. I feel these are linked.

What is strange is when someone sits behind driver, there is no noise or it is greatly reduced. I did not do anything about it because I was convinced it was internal......we will check the spring as well.

No noise when mine is lifted, but a valid point......
I just need to know where to get new dampers or the stand ears kit from that is cheaper than Audi
