Can you get a drill in from the side?
drill say a 3mm hole and tap it with a thread. Insert long stainless steel bolt/ screw and turn. Make sure you drill the hole so the lever bolt will turn.

Still haven't got the ******* off...tell you what, I've never been this frustrated 😤
I'm over it. About to ditch the whole idea of having a heater.
Can't even drill into the bolts. Seriously high tensile. Tried filing the sides. Tried using multi grips, spanners, "easy-outs" ha! What a joke that is!
