Redi1 - just wondering if you had any luck on this? I have had two A6 Quattro Black Editions delivery late last year (1 month apart, but built at the same time). Both vehicles have had the same issue - MMI options missing, BT freezes mid-conversation, radio freezes every so often.

Dealership claims that this is a known Audi fault that is affecting a number of other models. However I feel like this is a lot of nonsense as I am not seeing any real action to address this issue. Dealership will not provide any written confirmation of this fault - clearly, if this is a known issue then why isn't Audi acknowledging it and providing an ETA for a fix to be made available.

I am starting to dig around to see how widespread this is - almost ready to return the vehicles and demand a full refund (and take legal action) as the product(s) has been faulty from day one, and I have allowed a fair amount of time to the supplier for the issues to be addressed.

    Redi1 and dp2017

Just got my new A6 2L Ultra S Line less than a week ago.
I am missing several menu items... folding mirror, central locking e.g.: 4 doors at once etc...

I am going to the dealer tomorrow (West London Audi) and ask them about it.
    Will keep you posted

I expect you have sorted the problem by now but in case you have not...your dealer needs to update the MMI version to RMC_EU_16342. I have had it done yesterday and it takes less than 30 minutes. Missing menu items now work fine.
